I started managing ViaSete’s Instagram in April 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic. At the time, the account had just over 9K followers and the restaurant didn’t even offer delivery yet.

The challenge was clear: help digitalize the brand and keep it relevant during lockdown. The first move? Partnering with local food creators and lifestyle influencers to launch exclusive discount codes and encourage delivery orders.

From there, I led the monthly content strategy, created all post and story designs, directed and edited photo shoots, and handled influencer research and customer interactions across the platform. By early 2025, the page had grown to 36K followers and had become one of the most recognizable restaurant accounts in Ipanema, RJ.
